Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction laborers on-site.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power drills and saws to cut concrete
- Manage daily construction tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Train and mentor laborers to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Maintain quality standards and enforce compliance with construction plans and specifications.
- Oversee the use of construction equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Construction Laborer Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
