Do you want to learn more about technology, and work alongside NASA to help crowdsource tools for Astronauts to use on the International Space Station?
Do you want first hand experience coordinating an assortment of technical projects that will be used by Astronauts?
In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities identified through NASA NOIS2 and other public sector opportunities.
Managing proposal development and compliance including writing and reviewing content. You will also be creating action plans for each contract opportunity including identifying key stakeholders, budgetary requirements, and crowd resources.
Requirements
Must have :
- Strong communication skills with excellent technical writing skills : you can translate business needs into technical requirements and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Highly organized, analytical and able to work independently : you can juggle between 5+ projects at the same time, you have a tendency to take ownership and you have a sense for prioritizing features, making estimates and creating timelines.
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
- Attention to detail and a strong level of customer focus.
- High level of integrity and sense of urgency to make things happen .
Nice to have :
- Passionate about space exploration
- Ability to read, analyze, and dissect legal, compliance, and technical RFPs and Task Orders.
