What You Will Do :
Project Coordination :
Assist the Operations Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing electrical projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met.Monitor project progress and update relevant stakeholders regularly.Documentation and Record Keeping :
Maintain accurate and organized records of all project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and progress reports.Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and other communications to keep all parties informed.Ensure all documentation is compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.Scheduling and Resource Management :
Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.Coordinate the availability of materials, tools, and equipment needed for project execution.Manage the scheduling of labor, ensuring the right personnel are assigned to each project based on their skills and availability.Client Communication :
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.Team Support :
Provide administrative support to project managers and field teams, including preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to succeed in their roles.Quality Control :
Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.Report any deviations from project plans to the Operations Manager and recommend corrective actions as necessary.Safety Compliance :
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols, ensuring all team members adhere to company and industry safety standards.Coordinate safety training sessions and maintain records of safety certifications.Financial Administration :
Assist in the preparation of project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.Coordinate with the finance team to process invoices, track payments, and manage project-related financial records.What You Will Bring :
Experience : 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the electrical or construction industry.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.Knowledge : Familiarity with electrical systems, construction practices, and safety regulations is a plus.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.About Omra Electric :
