Job Description
- Interprets strategic vision and ensures team can understand it.
- Provides Maximo expertise related to configuration, customization, and reporting
- Assists with Maximo updates and deployments
- Manages backlog - ensures priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy.
- Communicates team commitments with BRM.
- Meets regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receives feedback from deliveries.
- Organizes team activities collaboratively.
- Documents end-to-end processes for business and help desk.
- Works with BA's as required to ensure business requirements are clear.
- Breaks down business requirements into user stories - readies work for team.
- Organizes and facilitates regular team ceremonies including daily huddle, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demonstrations.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications :
- Hold a university degree in a field related to IT
- 5 years of experience in a functional analyst position; Knowledge or experience of an ERP information system
- Holds one or more Maximo Certifications (Administrator, Deployment, Asset Management)
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Experience with relational databases (SQL)
- Experience in the implementation of information system from A to Z and process analysis
- Perfectly bilingual (French / English)
- Experience with the Agile approach Has a valid driver's license; Available for travel locally and internationally (20%) and legally authorized to travel abroad.
