Job Description

• Interprets strategic vision and ensures team can understand it.
• Provides Maximo expertise related to configuration, customization, and reporting
• Assists with Maximo updates and deployments
• Manages backlog - ensures priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy.
• Communicates team commitments with BRM.
• Meets regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receives feedback from deliveries.
• Organizes team activities collaboratively.
• Documents end-to-end processes for business and help desk.
• Works with BA's as required to ensure business requirements are clear.
• Breaks down business requirements into user stories - readies work for team.
• Organizes and facilitates regular team ceremonies including daily huddle, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demonstrations.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications :

• Hold a university degree in a field related to IT
• 5 years of experience in a functional analyst position; Knowledge or experience of an ERP information system
• Holds one or more Maximo Certifications (Administrator, Deployment, Asset Management)
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector
• Experience with relational databases (SQL)
• Experience in the implementation of information system from A to Z and process analysis
• Perfectly bilingual (French / English)
• Experience with the Agile approach Has a valid driver's license; Available for travel locally and internationally (20%) and legally authorized to travel abroad.
