Job Description

The Finance Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day to financial practices of the Fiix and Plex Business Units, while helping scale financial processes for growth and efficiencies.

You will help shape a culture of accountability, best practices, and help support the broader Software and Control segment finance organization.

You will report to the Senior Finance Manager and work a hybrid schedule based in Milwaukee, WI; Toronto, Ontario; Mayfield Heights, OH; or Chelmsford, MA.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Oversee transactions related to the general ledger for Fiix and Plex orgs, help with data center and hosting costs, capitalization of different costs, interaction and working relationship with cloud operations
  • Support month end close process for Fiix and Plex to ensure accurate close and reporting of financial results
  • Assist the Senior Finance Manager in the implementation of tools, systems, and processes to add automation and efficiency in scaling operations

The Essentials - You Will Have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

The Preferred - You Might Also Have :

  • 3+ years of experience in a general finance role in a high growth SaaS company environment
  • Experience implementing and strengthening financial processes and controls
  • Interest to grow within our organization
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and Workday ERP
