Responsibilities :
- Reconcilemonthly credit card transactions and assist cardholders withinquiries.
- Reconcile monthly outofpockettransactions and prepare employeepayouts.
- Create accounts payable paymentjournals for EFT processing and assist with paymentvouchers.
- Review payment requests from internalteams.
- Set up new vendor accounts in the ERPsystem.
- Provide support and training foraccounting systems.
- Update the daily cashbookand assist with bank reconciliations.
- Prepareweekly cash flow reports.
- Prepare monthly cashbalance and credit card advance paymentreports.
- Manage recurring office and generalexpenses.
- Handle cheque deposits and assistwith accounts receivable.
- Assist with filingannual provincial information returns.
- Supportad hoc projects for stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- atleast 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeepingexperience
