Job description

Harris Computer Systems is seeking a Finance Assistant to work closely with both finance and the operational team, in providing financial support for the division.

As a Finance Assistant, you will be working with the Bizmatics and Benchmark team. We are looking for someone that is resourceful, inquisitive, self-motivated, possess proven interpersonal skills and capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods.

What your impact will be :

  • Proactively communicating to the Business Units on problem accounts
  • Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues
  • Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
  • Preparing information required for the month-end
  • Reconciling other accounts as needed / required

    • Qualifications :

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in finance role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
