The opportunity
As a Tax Staff, you will be a part of US Compliance and Reporting Practice. We help our clients identify and solve their US compliance obligations and assist them in successfully aligning all the different areas of taxation into a benefit-driven strategy.

Your key responsabilities
- Demonstrating your understanding of tax and accounting concepts and effectively applying this knowledge to client situations;
- Learning and utilizing tax technology to deliver client deliverables in an efficient manner;
- Continuing to learn emerging firm technologies to deliver automated solutions to clients;
- Delivering client deliverables with timely and responsive services and work products that meet or exceed client expectations;
- Thoroughly and accurately analyzing information;
- Establishing and maintaining long-term working relationships with clients;
- Pursuing and sharing knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery;
- Participating in national initiatives;
- Contributing to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters personal development.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce or another relevant field;
- Enrollment or pending enrollment in a professional accounting designation program, or Enrolled Agent certification;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong interpersonal abilities;
- A commitment to learning in a tax technology environment.
