(www.siriuspersonnel.com) Profile : Our client is a manufacturer of industrial pumps looking to hire a bilingual sales rep in the Montreal area. Your goal is to grow your territory with both end users, resellers while specifying with to engineering firms.Territory : Eastern Canada (based in Montreal area)-office presence 1 every 2 weeksWorkplace : Work from home (local to Montreal)Products / Services : Industrial PumpsSalary : Base $80,000-$100,000Commissions / Bonus : 25% bonusCar allowance : $1,000 / monthExpense's reimbursement : All reasonable expenses reimbursedOther Benefits : RRSP9 personal days2 sick days3 weeks vacationhealth insurancedental insurancelife insuranceLTDSTD Functions : Create and execute a territory sales plan that supports overall business goals and revenue targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and market insightsBuild lasting relationships with key customers and industry stakeholdersPartner with engineering, operations, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiencesPromote and sell a range of industrial water pump solutions (centrifugal, submersible, and more), along with related servicesConduct on-site visits and technical assessments to fully understand client needs and recommend the best-fit solutionsWork with internal teams to prepare technical quotes and commercial proposalsAttend industry events and trade shows as a company ambassador when needed
