About the Role :

The Director of Enrollment Management, Marketing Communications will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the School’s student recruitment strategy, specifically recruiting, selecting, and providing resources and information to assist in moving prospects to enrolled students.

They will be responsible for developing marketing and strategic plans that will distinguish Ace Acumen as the day school of choice for prospective domestic students and their families.

Responsibilities :

Manages, develops and implements a comprehensive recruitment plan that involves effective prospective student management, targeted recruitment efforts including web-based application and delivery, effectively enrolling prospective students, and initiates strategies for student success and recruiting;

educates students and parents regarding various pathways to higher education

  • Performs ongoing market research to identify demographics within the catchment region (i.e. number of school-aged children and their socio-economic backgrounds), and under-developed sources of enrollment populations in the geographic areas surrounding the School
  • Develops and carries out recruitment strategies to meet the needs of potential domestic student candidates and their families;

conducts targeted activities to secure enrollment, meet the recruitment cycle’s established goals, objectives and metrics

  • Tracks and reports recruitment information, and monitors enrollment progress; researches, analyzes and utilizes data and recruitment tools to identify gaps and select prospective populations to target for marketing and recruitment messaging
  • Conducts and oversees outreach events in support of the college’s strategic plan
  • Attends and represents the college as needed at recruitment / branding events throughout the district and regionally; possibility of overseas travel may arise
  • Supports student success strategy by assisting departments to deliver students success messaging / information
  • Develops and implements digital / social media campaigns that support the overall branding of the school
  • Creates and deploys clear and consistent messaging across all channels, to ensure brand consistency
  • Monitors, measures, analyzes and reports digital, social media, marketing, PR and event results, and develops improvement strategies where applicable

About You :

  • Post-secondary education
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity of understanding principles / techniques of enrollment activities
  • Experience in marketing and communications
  • Experience working with a Private School preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
