Role Description :
Supporting the talent acquisition team, this contractor will manage multiple requisitions in CSOD system for the Graduate Americas campaign.
- Connect with candidates to schedule interviews. Work with the offer team to fast track offers to selected candidates.
- Team is migrating to Workday system experience with this system would be a strong asset.
- The contractor will need to be adaptable and organized they will be working on multiple requisitions at once.
- Looking for someone with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- This is not a headhunting role. The contractor will be responding reactively to applicants through the RT portal.
Required skills :
- 2+ years experience with SAP
- 2+ years experience as HR coordinator with recruitment focus
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- Strong attention to detail
- Adapts quickly to process changes
- Bilingual - need strong Eng & French (accepting CVs in either language)
