The Montréal Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking a lawyer to join our Labour and Employment Group.
The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec and have between 3 and 5 years of experience in labour and employment law. The candidate must have experience and a keen interest in management-side labour and employment litigation defence, collective bargaining, mediation, legal drafting, investigations, and client development.
The candidate must have a superior academic and professional record and be able to communicate efficiently in English and French, both spoken and written.
