Hays Recruitment recherche un Associé expérimenté et dynamique pour rejoindre un cabinet d'avocats prestigieux à Montréal. Il s'agit d'une opportunité unique de diriger et d'établir un nouveau groupe de pratique en droit du travail et de l'emploi au sein du cabinet. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience avérée en droit du travail et de l'emploi, ainsi qu'un portefeuille de clients substantiel.

Responsabilités principales :

Établir et diriger le groupe de pratique en droit du travail et de l'emploi.
Fournir des conseils juridiques stratégiques et une représentation aux clients sur une large gamme de questions en droit du travail et de l'emploi.
Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients.
Encadrer et guider les avocats juniors au sein du groupe de pratique.
Collaborer avec d'autres groupes de pratique pour fournir des solutions juridiques complètes.
Mener des initiatives de développement des affaires pour faire croître la pratique.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) ou diplôme en droit équivalent.

Admission au Barreau du Québec.

Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en droit du travail et de l'emploi.

Expérience en Cabinet

Capacité démontrée à bâtir et gérer une pratique réussie.

Sens aigu des affaires et portefeuille de clients substantiel.

Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles.

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Location : Montreal, QC

Job Description :

Hays Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner to join a prestigious law firm in Montreal. This is a unique opportunity to lead and establish a new Labour & Employment practice group within the firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in labour and employment law, along with a substantial book of business.

Key Responsibilities :

Establish and lead the Labour & Employment practice group.

Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of labour and employment matters.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Mentor and guide junior lawyers within the practice group.

Collaborate with other practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Drive business development initiatives to grow the practice.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.

Admission to the Bar in Quebec.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in labour and employment law.

Law Firm Experience

Demonstrated ability to build and manage a successful practice.

Strong business acumen and a substantial book of business.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
