As an Accessibility and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant, you’ll plan corporate accessibility initiatives, identify accessibility challenges and provide solutions that help FCC create a barrier-free workplace and customer experience.
What you’ll do :
- Plan and implement FCC’s diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance ideas and opportunities
- Evaluate programs, activities and initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement
- Use data and employee feedback to provide insights that enhance FCC’s ability to monitor progress against goals
- Develop and execute evidence-based project plans on time and on budget
