As a member of the Strategy and Operations team (S&O) you will be responsible for helping the Sales and Partnerships team to serve and grow the partners on the Skip network.
You will build and execute core operational processes - such as strategic business planning, reporting, and ongoing business operations management - while also taking up special projects ranging from revenue growth opportunities to managing roll-out, maintenance, and reporting on new processes, platforms and tools.
You will work very closely with Senior leaders in the operations, strategic development, partnerships and customers teams to quickly understand issues and implement solutions.
What’s On Your Plate
- You will drive operational rigour across the function, measuring progress against objectives, and assist in key functional management meetings
- You will work cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of key initiatives within the partnerships function as well as the operations team
- You will help find opportunities to improve team programs and process efficiencies and lead efforts to scale standard methodologies across the organization
- You will develop, lead & report on key revenue, customer, and pipeline metrics.
- You will leverage insights from competitors and the industry-at-large to formulate go-to-market plans
- You will develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and longer-term resource needs
Recipe for Success
- Minimum 7 years experience in the sales ecosystem and familiarity with consumer app landscape
- Analytical thinker and structured problem solver
- Experience working for or with sales operations
- Experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets
- Strong working knowledge and skills in spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort working in ambiguity with a proven record of fast execution and iteration
- Project management mindset on task execution.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience required
- Familiar with SQL or any other form of database querying language
- Bonus : MBA / MS or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, mathematics, business or related field
