DomusBuilding Cleaning Company Ltd. is looking for qualified EveningWorking Supervisors for an immediate position located within theOttawa area.
Domus has been in operation for over 50 years withmore than 500 employees in multiple provinces and has an excellentreputation as a janitorial servicesprovider.
DutiesandResponsibilities :
Supervise coordinate and plan the work ofemployees
Conduct monthlyinspections of the facilities (including monitoring inventory andsupplies)
Ensure theproper maintenance of all cleaningequipment
Cleaning dutiesincluding but not limited to; mopping sweeping vacuuming dustingsanitizing
Completing orientation and training of all newstaff
Complete andsubmit timeoff requests disciplinary reports accident reports andother supervisor
Recommend orarrange for additional services required such as floor waxingcarpet cleaning or
Monitor andmaintain Domus standards ofcleanliness
RequiredSkills / Abilities :
Supervisor experience within the cleaning industry(commercial industrial oroffice)
Advanced readingwriting and communicationskills
Basic computerskills
PhysicalAbilities : standing kneeling walking up to 8 hrs aday
Capable oflifting up to40lbs
Capable of completingrepetitivetasks
