Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Water Resources professionals, ensuring top-notch project delivery.
- Oversee tasks, schedules, budgets, and risk management across various projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to develop sustainable water resource solutions.
- Support proposal development and contribute to strategic planning for future projects.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer in Ontario with 15+ years of managerial experience.
- Proficiency in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, and relevant software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in project management.
