As the Marketing Manager, you will :
- Apply core marketing fundamentals to leverage insights and develop competitively differentiated strategies that will deliver strong business results and value within the GU Oncology market.
- Develop and monitor sales forecast and marketing budget.
- Conduct in-depth market research as well as internal and external stakeholder engagements to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights specific to advancing GU oncology business.
- Design, execute, and lead omnichannel marketing campaigns, digital engagement tools and customized content strategies towards targeted healthcare professionals.
- Work compliantly and collaboratively with the Medical, Regulatory, Access and Sales Teams to lead the success of J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and sales performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
