TouchBistro is seeking a Product Manager to join TouchBistro’s product team. You will play an integral role in helping to build and execute the roadmap for one of the world’s leading restaurant solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you will build delightful and engaging user experiences for restaurants and their diners across the Partner APIs and Integrations and portfolio.

The successful candidate will be adept with outstanding analytical skills, cross-functional leadership skills, excellent product-senses and business acumen, and have the ability to extend the capabilities and value proposition of the TouchBistro ecosystem.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Work closely with the Director, Product to develop the vision and roadmap for TouchBistro Partner APIs as well as its suite of integrations that aligns with the needs of restaurant owners, their staff and diners, and TouchBistro’s strategy.
  • Create and maintain product documentation that your colleagues can use to guide design / UX, influence technical decisions, and train the customer success and sales organizations on your work.
  • Create and maintain detailed backlogs, roadmaps and release plans for launching product updates to customers.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and participate in all team ceremonies, including standups, grooming, sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
  • Engage and partner with key organizational stakeholders to support a common understanding of the Product vision across the company.
  • Strong ability to translate customer needs and market requirements into concise objectives and user stories.
  • Responsible for business results of growth initiatives, including accurate and timely reporting of KPIs.

All About You

  • You have 5+ years experience in various product roles, including leading multiple scrum teams simultaneously, preferably within a B2B or B2B2C SaaS business format.
  • You have a track record of delivering iterative value to your users and customers.
  • You have experience with integrating complex, third party API's into products, including management of projects of similar scope.
  • You have previous experience working with RESTful APIs and / or knowledge of single sign-on standards such as OAuth
  • You are knowledgeable in managing the definition and execution of multiple projects concurrently (conceptualization, requirements, dependencies, design, development, testing, and implementation)
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams
  • You have initiative, flexibility, innovation and team focus to drive success
  • You have experience with Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard, Pendo and Tableau.
  • You have Pragmatic Institute and / or CSPO certifications.
