- Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML / ATF / sanctions and conduct risk.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?
- 5 years’ experience in planning and executing human-centered customer experience strategy and research projects with actionable outcomes.
- Experience in design, consulting, consumer insights an asset.
- Proven ability to synthesize data and present insights into meaningful outcomes.
- Ability to write and edit clear and concise communications.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, comfortable communicating directly with senior executives
- Attention to detail and time management are essential.
- Demonstrates a positivity and resilience; able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.
- Comfortable working in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage own time efficiently.
