Job Summary

As a Program Manager 3 in the Access Delivery and Integration team, you will oversee the portfolio of our Access Network Syndication programs.

Your role will focus on ensuring successful delivery with partners, leading governance processes, and managing service execution.

We seek someone with agility and collaboration skills who can inspire teamwork, engage diverse stakeholders, and achieve program milestones.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional program management and organizational skills, a proven track record of managing large complex programs, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process of syndication partners and suppliers, ensuring smooth integration within the program.
  • Track KPIs and SLAs across workstreams, delivering regular status reports to highlight achievements, identify issues, and outline next steps.
  • Document and track Risk logs, developing risk management plans for identification, assessments, and mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with internal Comcast teams and external partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and achievement of business goals.
  • Assess and track resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and budget, ensuring optimal utilization to meet program goals.
  • Leverage agile methodologies and tools to enhance project management, foster adaptability, and drive continuous improvement in program delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in program management emphasizing service integration, agile methodologies, and efficiency management,
  • Proven experience in establishing governance frameworks and managing large complex network programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and resource planning.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to continuously evaluate and adjust plans to adapt to changing business priorities
  • Previous experience with syndication program delivery or access network programs
