As the Sr. Manager of MarTech & Data Intelligence, you will be the architect of our digital marketing tech stack and data strategy.
Your mission will be to ensure that our MarTech stack and data analytics capabilities are not just state-of-the-art but also perfectly aligned with our business objectives, driving growth and enhancing customer experience through data-driven insights and technology.
Job Description
Analyzes key business priorities and brings insight to develop and implement a holistic MarTech and Data Intelligence strategy that integrates our marketing technologies with advanced data analytics to drive business growth
Oversee the assessment, selection, and deployment of AdTech and MarTech systems, including but not limited to ad servers, GMP, programmatic ads, social Media, CRM systems, marketing automation(MA) platforms, consumer data platform (CDP), business intelligence platforms and analytics tools
Drive our AdTech / MarTech stack strategy and architecture - manage, recommend, build, integrate and maintain a best-in-class technology stack that enables our modern marketing capabilities.
Monitor AdTech / MarTech operations, data flow and quality and reviewing effectiveness & utilization of the technology.
Handle vendor relations and agreements, negotiate terms and costs, and keep up-to-date with industry movements and breakthrough technologies.
Spearhead the integration and application of marketing technologies to optimize operational efficiency and boost the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Build & lead a team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Marketing Automation providing guidance, mentorship, and support to 3-4 direct reports primarily in North America with the potential to extend to other geographies to build & manage the technical architecture, roadmap & operations
Provide on-going strategic direction to the Global Digital Marketing service delivery pillars and align executive reporting with strategic direction, helping the firm embed its KPI initiatives into our global digital marketing execution (e.
i. Visit / Lead to Cash, Digital KPIs, CLVs etc.)
Build an MMM model establishing best in class practices for data collection, data centralization, data processing, data analysis & activation
Lead the development of business cases to support the strategic direction, identify strategic opportunities and drive related business cases with the segments
Collaborate with risk, compliance, security and legal on digital marketing data privacy program Lead and adopt best practices in the industry to make the firm a leading source of digital advancements
Help to define the future state operating model of the Marketing campaign execution team to drive the production of more personalized campaigns at scale through the use of modern technology working with Growth Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in marketing technology, data analytics, or similar fields are highly desirable.
8+ years of experience in leading MarTech and / or data analytics initiatives, with a solid track record in digital marketing and data-driven strategies.
Profound knowledge of the latest MarTech solutions, data analytics tools, and technologies, including experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, CDPs, data visualization tools, and AI / machine learning applications.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a data-informed culture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influencing decision-making processes.
Agile and adaptive mindset, with the resilience to navigate the rapidly evolving landscapes of digital marketing and data analytics.
Bonus points for :
Proven track record of driving user acquisition, activation, retention, or revenue growth through growth marketing practices.
Experience building MMM model
Experience in Marketing & Sales Operations
Experience with Account Based Marketing
