Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) ​

BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science / Engineering preferred

12+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles, with a focus on cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP only) and automation

5+ years of experience in managing largeteams of engineers

Established SRE as a practice within an organization

Experience leading a global team with 24x7x365 operations

Experience with cloud security andregulatorycompliance

Experience managing globally deployed applications

Experience with managing enterprise level cloud infrastructure budgets

Experience scaling native cloud infrastructure at an enterprise level

Experience hiring top talent, building diverse and inclusive teams, foster a culture of healthy work environment that is both supportive and challenging

A genuine enjoyment of learning about how things work, with the ability to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions

Ability to work well cross-functionally, and navigate through ambiguity

Ability to think rigorously and make hard decisions and tradeoffs

Extreme customer focus, committed to investing in partnerships withother engineering teams to establish empathy and understand their use-cases

Willingness and ability to travel to US based on job requirements
