We have an opportunity for a Senior Quantitative Analyst / Quantitative Analyst to join our Portfolio Management team. Reporting to the Head of Research and Senior Portfolio Manager, you will :

• Expand our quantitative toolkits to enhance our alpha models and portfolio construction
• Improve and maintain our ranking and attribution systems, with their associated displays
• Research and develop new factors, strategies and stock selection models
• Provide routine support to Portfolio Managers for managing multiple portfolios
• Implement efficiently and accurately in one or more programming languages
• Process large structured and unstructured datasets to extract predictive signals
• Present research and portfolio analysis results to a variety of internal audiences
• Liaise and communicate effectively with multiple teams to keep projects moving

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• A minimum of 5 years financial industry experience in a quantitative role
• Degree(s) in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Programming skills in Python and Excel / VBA
• Proficiency with large dataset extraction and manipulation in SQL and Pandas
• Experience in one or more : Econometrics, Machine Learning, Asset Pricing, Factor Models
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in complex analysis
• Demonstrated research or technical creativity
• Motivated quick learner with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have (preferred but not required)

• Prior Quantitative Investing experience a huge plus
• Experience working with financial datasets and data vendors
• CFA, FRM or related designation
• Advanced Excel user a plus
• Programming skills in other languages a plus : R, Ruby, Java, C / C++, MATLAB, etc.
