Bilingual Digital Projects Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Bilingu al Digital Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for project coordination and task organization, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a range of digital projects that span multiple channels.

As a Bilingual Digital Projects Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and facilitate effective communication to achieve project goals.

This position requires a strong understanding of web development processes, digital marketing channels, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and project tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Intake all web requests from across the organization and business segments and serve as a primary point of contact for project and task-related communication
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project / task scope, objectives, and deliverables and communicate project updates, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies and lead team to ensure timely completion of milestones
  • Coordinate with internal and external web developers, designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Oversee project budgets, including resource allocation, cost estimation, and expenditure tracking and proactively identify potential budgetary risks
  • Prioritize projects and tasks appropriately based on value, cost, and impact
  • Manage list of owned domains to retain key domains, prevent expiration of domain and hosting accounts, reduce broken links, and maintain value
  • Liaise with IT Operations team to schedule and coordinate deployments and stakeholder communications
  • Conduct thorough reviews of web deliverables to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards
  • Oversee and process incoming requests from other departments via Zendesk, our designated ticket management platform
  • Support project planning and management for other digital initiatives, as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years experience in project coordination or project management for web development and / or digital projects
  • Strong understanding of web development processes, technologies, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with digital design and web standards such as AODA, WCAG is ideal
  • Experience with Zendesk and Microsoft Suite programs is an asset
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a bonus
  • Fully bilingual in English and French with strong writing and presenting skills
