Vos responsabilités :

En tant que

coordonnateur(trice) administratif(ve)

, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien aux ventes et à la réception des appels.

Vos principales tâches :

Expliquer les programmes de financement et d’assurance aux clients

Enregistrer les contrats de vente et assurer la conformité des informations

Préparer et effectuer le suivi des demandes de financement

Coordonner les livraisons avec le service et les représentants

Assurer le suivi des comptes en souffrance

Préparer les immatriculations des équipements roulants

Accompagner les clients tout au long de leur processus d’achat

Appuyer le département de comptabilité (facturation, encaissements, comptes fournisseurs)

Effectuer diverses tâches administratives connexes

ormation :

Diplôme en comptabilité ou administration (souhaité)

Expérience :

3 à 5 ans dans un rôle similaire

Compétences :

Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellente communication en français (oral et écrit)

Anglais fonctionnel (atout – fournisseurs hors Québec)
