Description :
- Serve as a teammember as part of the Agile team and support efforts to implementadopt and sustain Agile processes principles andpractices;
- Serve thescrum team by leading and coaching team selforganizationcrossfunctionality and aligning to the mandate of deliveringvalue;
- Remove teamimpediments that prevent or hinder team capability andcohesion;
- Facilitatediscussion decisionmaking and conflictresolution;
- Advocatefor the scrum team across the organization and actively questionpractices and approaches that are not inline with scrumtheory;
- Partner withthe Project Manager and amp; Product Owner working closely withthem to effectively create maintain and groom the productbacklog;
- Createcommunication forums for the product owner scrum team andassociated stakeholders to ensure the vision goals and productdelivery commitments are visible and wellunderstood;
- Helpemployees consultants vendors and other stakeholders understand andenact scrum as well as empirical and emergent product developmentwelcoming change that enhances the productivity of theteam;
Work with otherbusiness / technical areas to facilitate increasing organizationmaturity and effectiveness in the application of Scrum across theorganization.
