The CEO will act as the primary spokesperson and leader of the firm, shaping its culture and vision. 1. Strategic Leadership Define the firm's vision, mission, and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with industry trends.Develop and implement a business strategy focused on sustainable growth and profitability.Set company goals and KPIs, tracking performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. 2. Business Development Lead client acquisition efforts and build strong relationships with decision-makers.Identify and pursue consultancy opportunities in IT, AI, and digital transformation.Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and industry associations to enhance service offerings. 3. Financial Oversight Oversee budgeting and financial management, ensuring profitability and responsible spending.Monitor revenue streams and identify growth opportunities while managing costs.Direct investments in technology, infrastructure, and human capital to support business expansion. 4.
