Role Overview
The Vice President, Information Technology (VP, IT) will lead the technology strategy for Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT, ensuring that IT serves as a critical enabler of business success. This role is responsible for defining and executing a forward-looking IT strategy that enhances efficiency, strengthens infrastructure, safeguards data, and positions the company for growth through emerging technologies. The VP, IT will work closely with the executive team and business leaders to align IT capabilities with the company’s operational and financial goals.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports business objectives, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies that improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.
- Partner with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with corporate goals, ensuring technology investments provide measurable value.
