Look no further! Hasbro, a leading global play and entertainment company, is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong administrative skills for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant Office Manager.

This role will reside in Montreal, Quebec, and require French and English language fluency.

As the Executive Administrative Assistant Office Manager at Hasbro, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and ambitious environment where your effective work behaviors will be valued and your contributions will make a significant impact.

You will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to ensure flawless administrative support to our executive team and successfully implement operational processes that drive efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled with precision.
  • Manage office operations and facilities, including supplies inventory, vendor management, and office maintenance.
  • Act as a main contact for individuals and organizations, ensuring clear and polite communication.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating agility and adaptability.

Requirements :

  • Native French speaker with English fluency.
  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or office manager.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to determine priorities, meet deadlines, and compete effectively in a fast-paced environment.
