Responsibilities :

• Worksin partnership with clients advising them on information technologyin order to meet their business objectives or overcome problemswork to improve structure and efficiency of an organizations I andamp;IT systems. and nbsp;
• The I and amp;ITConsultant may be used to provide strategic guidance toorganizations with regard to Information Management and amp;
• ITtechnology IT infrastructures and the enablement of major businessprocesses through enhancements to IT. Provides subject matterexpertise in their field and highly expert technical assistance.andnbsp;
• GeneralSkills : and nbsp;
• Acts as thetechnical advisor / expert on all aspects of a specific deliverableProvide the quality assurance / quality control of specificdeliverables and nbsp;
• Anticipates andresolves problems to ensure that the deliverables are completedwithin budget to the highest quality meeting or exceedingexpectations and nbsp;
• Develops processes andprocedures for implementing deliverables andnbsp;
• Prepares reports and presentationsincluding options recommendations implementation plans etc. andnbsp;
• Works with clients to define the scopeof a project and to determine requirements andnbsp;
• Defines software hardware and networkrequirements Analyzes I and amp;IT requirements giving independentand objective advice on the use of I and amp;IT andnbsp;
• Designs tests installs and monitors newsystems and develops solutions and implementation of new systemsand nbsp;

ProjectManagement Experience : 25%

• SeniorProject Manager with 10 years of experience in project managementProject Planning Resource Management Governance Risk Management andChange Management. and nbsp;
• Experience indeveloping project plans defining objectives scope deliverables andtimelines.
• Allocating resources (stafffinancial and technological) efficiently to achieve projectgoals.
• Identifying potential risks and creatingcontingency plans to address them.
• Monitoringproject expenses and ensuring they stay within the allocatedbudget.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meetthe required standards and clientexpectations.
• Managing andmotivating project teams assigning tasks and resolving conflicts;and nbsp; Cross Training to project andteam members

Experiencein managing multiple projects involving partnership with the vendorand clients in the development client solutions or enhancingexisting ones.

This would include coordinating with developersconducting requirement analysis overseeing testing phases andensuring timelydelivery.

• Knowledge and experiencewith OpenText Content Suite and other OpenTextProducts.
• Knowledge of the systems developmentcycle (SDLC) software test life cycle (STLC) projectmanagement.
• Experience in handling projectsfocused on IT infrastructure. This involves working closely with ITteams vendors and stakeholders to ensure smoothimplementation.
• Experience overseeing theimplementation of new IT projects or enterprise software across theorganization. This requires careful planning user training andchange management to ensure successfuladoption.
• Experience in managing projectsrelated to cybersecurity. This involves working with securityexperts to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessarysafeguards.
• Experience leading projects tomigrate from onpremises services to cloudbased solutionsconsidering factors like scalability cost optimization and dataintegrity.
• Experience guiding developingstrategies for digital transformation initiatives which mightinvolve adopting new technologies and modernizing existingprocesses.
• Experience in collaborating withexternal vendors and service providers to ensure they meet projectobjectives and service levelagreements.
• Experience in creating and managingproject budgets monitoring expenses and optimizing resourceutilization.
