This position is currently listed as "Onsite"; however, the Assignment under this request will provisionally be "Hybrid", working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM (excluding breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified. These conditions are subject to change as the OPS reflects on its current situation. During the duration of the assignment, you will be under the discretion of the Hiring Manager's requirements for the Project you are assigned to.
The Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) Adoption project’s goal is to address the Audit recommendations by increasing JTS’ adoption of EPPM to ensure consistent and comprehensive project reporting to provide a clear indication of project status and risks. The Senior Specialized IT Consultant resource will be vital in implementing these recommendations and ensuring that audit deadlines are met.
Scope :
- Promotes OPS I&IT standards and best practices for project management to facilitate control of system quality, adherence to standard methodology and the control of the use of I&IT resources.
- Works in partnership with clients, advising them on information technology to meet their business objectives or overcome problems, work to improve structure and efficiency of an organization’s I&IT systems.
- The I&IT Consultant may be used to provide strategic guidance to organizations about Information Management & IT technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT.
- Provides subject matter expertise in their field and highly expert technical assistance.
- Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements.

At least 2 years of experience in developing data visualizations and automated custom reports / dashboardsAt least 5 years of Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) / Planview experienceAt least 10 years of IT experience with change management.Experience working with clients in the administration of Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) / Planview Enterprise and providing end-user supportExperienced with providing end-user training on the features and functions of various Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) / Planview modules, customized to the user group – Project Manager, Reporting Manager, StaffFamiliar with change-management principles and methodologyKnowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practicesExperience in planning, organizing and implementing projects and reporting solutionsSummary
