Advantages
- Shift : Days - 7am-4pm (Must be able to work OT up until 6pm as needed)
- Pay Rate : $40-$45 / hr
- Benefits + 2-3 weeks Vacation
Responsibilities
1) Perform Preventive Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent equipment failures & Building Maintenance
2) Troubleshoot and Repair : Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues in machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
3) Install and Upgrade Equipment : Install new machinery and upgrade existing systems, ensuring they meet safety standards and operational requirements.
4) Maintain Electrical Systems : Work on electrical wiring, circuits, and panel installations, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
5) Calibrate and Adjust Equipment : Regularly calibrate and adjust machinery to maintain precision and efficiency in production processes.
6) Document Maintenance Activities : Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for future reference and compliance purposes, ordering of parts
7) Ensure Safety Compliance : Follow and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, and ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations.
8) Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with other maintenance staff, engineers, and production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall operational efficiency.
