  • Salary range for the Maintenance Planner is  $65,000 - $78,000  / year

At Cascades you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging Division of our team as the Maintenance Planner :

  • Ensure the safe execution of all planned maintenance tasks and activities
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities for tradespeople two weeks in advance, ensuring efficient coordination
  • Prepare and organize essential information, drawings, and procedures to facilitate each maintenance job
  • Manage all maintenance processes within the CMMS and create recurring Work Order models
  • Prioritize maintenance schedules with production to maximize uptime and support organizational goals

  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, including preventative and predictive maintenance practices
  • Proficient in CMMS software (Guide TI), MS Office, and SAP, with the ability to analyze trends and KPIs
  • Capable of effective collaboration, planning, and organization to achieve business goals
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
