We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner with strong experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and optimize maintenance schedules using CMMS to ensure equipment reliability.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to gather necessary details for work orders and schedule alignment.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of maintenance plans and adjust strategies as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage spare parts and supplies, ensuring timely availability. Qualifications :
- Mechanical Technologist Diploma
- 3 years of experience as a maintenance planner within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
