Job description

Are you motivated and passionate about helping people? Do you like to problem solve and be creative with solutions? Do you have excellent communication skills in English?

If you answered yes to these questions, then we are looking for you to join a dynamic team in Ontario.

Working as part of our sales team you will be the first point of contact for our future customers. Assisting our customers in understanding our products and providing the right policy for them.

Position : Sales advisor - Full time, Permanent opportunity!

Location : Toronto

Salary : 60K (+ commission)

Business hours : Monday to Friday - 8 am - 8 pm (8-hour shift)

Hybrid after training : 2 days at home

Training : 4-6 weeks 5 days in office

  • MUST HAVE A LLQP LICENSE

    • Responsibilities

  • Effectively resolve telephone inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
  • Present and explain insurance options to existing clients, and or potential clients by emphasizing the benefits and coverage details.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for record keeping and client confidentiality.
  • Provide a strong customer service experience

    • Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills and active listening
  • MUST have LLQC license (Life License Qualification Program)
  • Must be comfortable with sales
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions
  • Strong computer / multitasking skills
  • Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required
  • Ability to work under pressure, adaptable and must be empathetic
