So there’s no shortage of work.
The Job
Take full charge of builder deals for a successful firm. Also, purchase, mortgage, commercial RE and land development deals. Flexible alignment of priorities. In this very active RE team you will be the law clerk authority.
You
You are a professional who can hit the ground running and get the job done. You can work independently and also with a team. Collegiality and flexibility, an asset. It’s a win-win if you live in the west end!
Assets : Law Clerk Diploma
Broad, hands-on RE experience
3+ years in Real Estate law as a clerk
Knowledge of pertinent software : The Conveyancer, Teraview
Experience in dealing directly with builders, developers, consumer purchasers, municipal authorities, and lenders.
