Job Description : Responsibilites :
Responsibilites :
Support and Manage plant issues with respectto customer delivery / supplier delivery / forwarder management / scheduling / materials management
Support packaging opportunites that fit withplant requirements and regional strategy
Support warehousing improvement opportunities / optimization and activities that are in alignment with plant andregional strategy
Lead internal team meeting within the department ondaily basis to evaluate plan vs execution root causes fordeviations look for possibile countermeasures.
Discuss with otherdepartments on daily basis outcome of internal meeting highlightissues define countermeasures.
Implement EHS standards and guidelines
Ensure all ISC Standard Processesare being followed
C&FT Compliance owner for the plant
Identify and evalute improvementopportunities in the plant with respect to : scheduling / information and material flow / materials movement to POU / sequencing / mode of transport / logistics network and frequency / warehousing / purchasing / etc.
Train and coach employees
Set SMART and achievable PMP targets
Develop teamsidentify weaknesses and set a plan to strengthen the team
Support and alignwith other departments other plants regions globe
Experience :
Bachelors degree inLogistics or comparable education or Scheduling training
Practical experiencein ISC area and People Management
Experience with SAP CDPMMPP
English language skills required
