What You Will Do :

The Campaign Content Marketing Specialist will create marketing and sales content for demand generation and sales enablement across all solutions in the RLDatix North American market.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent writing, editing, creative and digital marketing skills, with experience working in a fast-paced B2B organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with a team of product marketers and campaign manager to develop annual content plans aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Support the product marketing team and campaign manager by creating all copy and content required to support marketing and campaign plans for the North American Market (NAM).
  • Create engaging and relevant content tailored for all RLDatix marketing channels, including web, mobile, landing page, social media, email, print and presentation.
  • Apply creative writing and story-telling skills to develop value-driven educational content, including case studies, e-books, white papers.
  • Create sales enablement content and tools, including one-pagers, brochures, sales pitch decks, and custom presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Understand the various RLDatix market segments and buyer personas and adapt copywriting to the target audience.
  • Research industry-related topics as needed to support content development.
  • Interview customers, internal SMEs, and other industry professionals for the development of case studies, blog posts, and other types of content.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with the RLDatix brand and value messaging.
  • Use tools like YouTube and Vimeo to create basic video content and distribute it across multiple media platforms, as well as coordinating with design partners in the development of advanced video content.
  • Identify opportunities to connect with our target audience via content gap analysis, SEO keyword and topic research, and competitive audits.
  • Stay current on SEO best practices, including algorithm updates, standard methodologies, emerging trends, and competitor techniques.

Experience / Knowledge / Competencies You Will Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, Journalism, or relevant field.
  • Five or more years of B2B marketing experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into market facing materials.
  • A portfolio of published articles and content examples.
  • Experience working with Microsoft office tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Experience working with design and content systems including Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
  • Experience working with SEO tools (e.g., ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
  • Understanding of search engine algorithm ranking strategies, web analytics, and the nuances of links within the SEO ecosystem.
