We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Marketing Campaign Project Coordinator to support the development and delivery of direct marketing campaigns for credit card products.
This role plays a pivotal part in managing workflow, deliverables, and creative direction in partnership with external marketing agencies, media companies, and production suppliers.
The Marketing Campaign Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to implement strategies, manage campaign execution, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all campaign assets.

Responsibilities
- Deliver marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business objectives, ensuring they meet revenue targets and stay within the allocated marketing budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, media companies, and production suppliers) to ensure seamless campaign development and execution.
- Oversee the entire workflow of marketing campaign projects, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
Support the Director and Senior Director in the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans for credit card products.
- Act as a subject matter expert on competitive insights and market trends to inform campaign development and targeting.
- Manage the creative development process, ensuring all campaign assets are on-brand and meet legal and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain processes to streamline campaign execution and increase efficiency.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, managing expectations and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, creative processes, and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing creative and marketing communications processes, particularly in direct and interactive media.
- Proven experience in financial services marketing, with a strong understanding of retail banking products (credit cards experience is preferred).
- Strong background in email marketing and producing client-facing communications.
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring campaign costs are within approved estimates.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Summary
This is a fast-paced, collaborative team with a diverse mix of personalities and skill sets. The immediate team consists of 9 people, plus the manager, all working together within a larger marketing department.
