About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are new to the industry but eager to develop strong skills in sales, client advisory, and relationship management. As an Insurance Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and build a long-term practice of your own. This is an independent contractor opportunity, offering the flexibility to build your own business with the support of mentorship, structured training, and ongoing professional development. Compensation is performance-based only and includes commissions, renewal income, and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Become a trusted resource in your community so people seek you out for advice through networking, referrals, and genuine relationship-building.
- Guide families through a simple, protective process. You’ll meet with clients, understand their goals, and present insurance solutions that give them peace of mind.
- Build a practice that pays you year after year through regular follow-ups, annual reviews, and renewals.
- Keep getting better through training sessions, team meetings, and seminars. We invest in your skills because your success is our success.
Qualifications
- A degree is nice. Grit is required.
- LLQP license is an asset; candidates must be willing to obtain licensing if not already licensed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to serving clients well

Compensation
This is a 100% commission + renewal + bonus model. There is no base salary. That means:
