We are looking for an accounts payable clerk to join a great team in Ville Saint-Laurent.
Junior candidates or accounting graduates with 1-6 months' experience in accounting are welcome, as there is a possibility of advancement!

Responsibilities
Process a large volume of invoices, while respecting the payment terms of each supplier
Carry out regular follow-ups of supplier account statements
Reconcile amounts due
Billing assistance
Work with a chart of accounts to ensure proper allocation of invoices
Qualifications
1 month to 2 years accounting experience
DEP or AEC in accounting or equivalent experience.
Experience with high-volume accounts payable (strong asset)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of an ERP system (Asset)
Excellent spoken and written French, functional English
