Digital Product Owner

Description :

We are seeking a Digital Product Associate, Web, to manage our public facing web experience and enhance the customer experience.

This role is focused on improving journeys and it requires an eagerness to deliver best-in-class experiences. As one of the key contributors in product development, the Digital Product Associate will work with the technical & non-technical partners to identify & implement new features, enhancements, and architectural development that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

The Digital Product Owner will bring coordination and organizational skills to manage the design & development cycle with a strong focus on data & customer feedback.

• Represent the voice of the customer and actively seek customer feedback
• Thoroughly understand the end-to-end customer experience and strive to improve the experience across all aspects of the journey
• Use analytics and data to drive decision making
• Develop and continuously iterate on the digital strategy, vision and roadmap enabling the business teams to drive their P&L goals
• Run feature prioritization sessions and work closely with design and development teams to bring features to market while ensuring feasibility, built-in quality and milestones are met
• Continuously measure core success metrics and identify opportunities to iterate and improve features and offerings
• Build sound hypotheses for any new product development and ensure we’re building out things that make sense
• Participate in collecting feedback from users and translating these findings into product development
• Promote Agile & Product best practices as well as becoming a customer champion

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of proven Product Management experience bringing consumer products to market and seeing it through many iterations
• Data-driven approach in decision making and ability to turn sophisticated problems into logical and achievable solutions
• Experienced in launching websites - previous web product management is a MUST
• Good eye for UI / UX design, and understanding of design sprints
• Strong communication skills both within working team and with executives Should be able to convey technical concepts to non-technical people
• Ability to work and deal with high pressures of a fast-changing environment while maintaining focus on the bigger picture
• Experience with Scrum and / or Agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Experience in project management is an asset
