Required Skills and Responsibilities :

• Working experience in Business Analyst.
• SQL / Jira / Confluence / Visio / Postman
• Understanding on application architecture (basic)
• Testing Manual or automated.
• Strong testing acumen, ability to identify test scenarios / use cases and execute them for both Functional and Integration type testing.
• Conduct UAT with business stakeholders Backlog management.
• ability to own and manage the product backlog for the initiatives they are working on. Good sense on how to prioritize items.
• story creation, working with developers to refine stories, eliminating roadblocks for the team.
• The ability to design technology solutions (servicing internal head office customers)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Strong SQL knowledge. Needs to be very data centric and someone that can dig through data and make decisions accordingly.
• Understanding the requirements from business and analyze those requirements by running SQL Translating business requirement into technical requirements.
• Working experience as business analyst or developer Strong Retail experience
• Business knowledge is required Be able to troubleshoot issues as business users highlight. Be able to assist with other initiatives from the Business from time-to-time Strong communication skill.
