Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual
To join our team as a Support Specialist I to help deliver our energy efficiency programs. As a Support Specialist I, you will be handling customer inquiries via phone and email, documenting conversations, helping people navigate different energy efficiency programs, and recommending products or services to customers.
This role will be primarily remote but there will be a requirement for onsite meetings once or twice per month.
Successful candidates will be based in the Greater Toronto Area for monthly team meetings in Downtown Toronto.
