Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Product Support Specialist for an exciting opportunity with a leading name in the luxury automotive industry .
This is the perfect role for someone who lives and breathes cars, thrives on precision, and enjoys the intersection of product, marketing, and technology . You'll play a key role in shaping how cutting-edge vehicles are presented, configured, and experienced by both customers and dealers.

What You'll Be Driving
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams to bring new vehicle product strategies to life across all customer and dealer communications
  • Manage and maintain a vehicle configurator database, ensuring product accuracy from pre-launch to post-launch
  • Publish and manage detailed product content for internal teams and dealer networks
  • Support connected vehicle initiatives and track performance metrics and KPIs
  • Analyze activation rates and proactively follow up to optimize customer engagement
  • Assist in creating impactful marketing and training materials to elevate product knowledge
  • Partner with legal teams to ensure product documentation accuracy
  • Manage inquiries, tickets, and communication channels to support dealers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to innovative programs like vehicle charging initiatives and connected technologies
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and project coordination within the product team
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience, ideally in automotive, product, or marketing environments
  • Passion for the automotive industry, with knowledge of vehicles, features, and market trends
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and tools like JIRA
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • French language skills are an asset
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
