As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting insurance clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities : Serve as a remote point of contact for insurance customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and online presentations.

Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage details, claims processing, and billing questions. Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate matters when necessary. Process policy changes, endorsements, and upgrades accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications : Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in using remote communication tools (e.g., virtual phone systems, email platforms). Insurance licensure or relevant certifications are required, OR must be willing to obtain one Benefits : Competitive commission structure with performance-based incentives.
