Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Client Support Specialist for our growing sales division. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and advocating the company’s resume writing services to prospective and / or existing customers.
You will also be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls with no cold calling required and will report directly to the Director of Operations.
We are currently seeking hard-working, passionate, and sales-focused talent to add to our growing sales team. If you have proven experience in the following areas and looking for a fun & progressive company to join, then we would love to hear from you!
Accountabilities :
- Manage high-volume incoming inquiries and calls
- Promote and recommend professional resume writing services based on the customer’s specific qualifications and needs
- Work with new customers to manage the full onboarding process and all registrations
- Maximize customer engagement and experience by collaborating with the support team and follow proper procedures when addressing any customer’s inquiries
- Monitor and capture all relevant information via CRM to track opportunities and calls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a sales / service role
- Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Pass success in a high-volume call center environment
- Ability to be successful in a dynamic, flexible, and continually changing environment
