Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Client Support Specialist for our growing sales division. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and advocating the company’s resume writing services to prospective and / or existing customers. You will also be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls with no cold calling required and will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Accountabilities :

• Manage high-volume incoming inquiries and calls
• Promote and recommend professional resume writing services based on the customer’s specific qualifications and needs
• Work with new customers to manage the full onboarding process and all registrations
• Maximize customer engagement and experience by collaborating with the support team and follow proper procedures when addressing any customer’s inquiries
• Monitor and capture all relevant information via CRM to track opportunities and calls
