- Documentation Management : Prepare, manage, and file important documents and records accurately.
- Communication : Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls and emails.
- Scheduling : Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Data Entry : Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
- Office Coordination : Assist with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Resource Management : Order and manage office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Project Assistance : Support various business projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and providing general assistance as needed. Requirements :
