Great opportunity to work with a fantastic team in a robust environment! Looking for a Project Manager Assistant for one of our well valued clients in Delta, BC.

Responsibilities :

• Direct communication with home / business owners, insurance adjusters, and sub-contractors
• Oversee and direct subcontractors on performing job tasks
• Ensure all projects from beginning to end are completed and abide.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
• Ensure project documents are current, complete and stored appropriately
• Prepares supplemental and communicates updates with clients and adjusters
• Develops and manages operational aspects of full scopes, work orders and scenario of that work
• Assist project managers with overall project performance including costs, schedule, status
• Project invoicing

• Project management experience : 1 year
• Administrative : 2 years
• Construction / Restoration : 2 years - Must Have
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Education : Secondary School
• Experience with QuickBooks an asset
• Excellent command of the English language
• Highly organized with attention to details
• Effective multitasking skills
