Great opportunity to work with a fantastic team in a robust environment! Looking for a Project Manager Assistant for one of our well valued clients in Delta, BC.
Responsibilities :
- Direct communication with home / business owners, insurance adjusters, and sub-contractors
- Oversee and direct subcontractors on performing job tasks
- Ensure all projects from beginning to end are completed and abide.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
- Ensure project documents are current, complete and stored appropriately
- Prepares supplemental and communicates updates with clients and adjusters
- Develops and manages operational aspects of full scopes, work orders and scenario of that work
- Assist project managers with overall project performance including costs, schedule, status
- Project invoicing

- Project management experience : 1 year
- Administrative : 2 years
- Construction / Restoration : 2 years - Must Have
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Education : Secondary School
- Experience with QuickBooks an asset
- Excellent command of the English language
- Highly organized with attention to details
- Effective multitasking skills
